These Terms & Conditions constitute the full legal agreement between you and crikeax governing your access to and use of the platform — including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, sports betting, casino games, and all related services. Please read this document carefully before using the crikeax platform.
18+ Age Requirement
All crikeax services are strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 years and above. Registration by any person under the legal gambling age is prohibited, and any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately with funds returned where applicable.
BDT Accounts Only

One Account Per Player

Bonus Wagering Requirements

KYC Verification Required
Identity verification using a valid National Identity Card (NID) or passport is mandatory before crikeax will process any withdrawal. Platform Risk Disclaimer

Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between the operator of the crikeax platform ("crikeax", "we", "us", "our") and you, the individual accessing or using the platform ("you", "Player", "User"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your relationship with crikeax, including but not limited to the creation and maintenance of your player account, all financial transactions, participation in games and betting markets, the receipt and use of bonuses and promotional offers, and any communications between you and the crikeax support team.
By completing the crikeax account registration process — which requires you to affirmatively accept these terms during sign-up — you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and that you consent to be bound by it. crikeax reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time and without prior notice beyond a reasonable notification posted on the platform. Your continued use of the crikeax platform following the posting of any revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and maintain an active crikeax account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
- You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, to the extent that such prohibition would make your participation unlawful.
- You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of crikeax, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
- You do not already hold an active or previously suspended crikeax account under any name, email address, or identity.
- You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by crikeax or any responsible gaming body with which crikeax cooperates.
- You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
crikeax reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure. crikeax accepts no liability for losses incurred by any person who provides false age information during registration.
Parents and guardians are advised to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. crikeax is not responsible for access by minors resulting from failure to implement appropriate household controls.
Section 3
Account Registration
To access real-money betting and casino services on crikeax, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your account information and to update it promptly if any details change.
3.1 Registration Information
During registration, you are required to provide the following information, among other details that crikeax may request:
- Full legal name as it appears on your National Identity Card (NID) or passport
- Date of birth
- Residential address in Bangladesh
- Valid mobile number registered in your name
- Email address
- Preferred payment method (e.g., bKash number, Nagad number)
Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of closure.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crikeax account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. crikeax will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify crikeax support immediately via the 24/7 live chat service. crikeax will investigate all reported cases of unauthorised access but cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
crikeax strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA can be activated directly from your account security settings and provides a significant additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.
3.3 One Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one crikeax account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. crikeax uses technical, documentary, and behavioural analysis to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and any balances forfeited, subject to review.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
crikeax accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. All player account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). crikeax does not accept deposits or issue withdrawals in cryptocurrency or any other non-BDT currency at this time.
4.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your crikeax BDT balance within seconds of the mobile financial service confirming the transaction. crikeax does not apply any deposit fees, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — please consult your provider's fee schedule.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the crikeax cashier at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted by crikeax from time to time without advance notice beyond an update to the cashier interface.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals are only available to accounts that have completed KYC identity verification. Withdrawal requests for KYC-verified accounts processed via bKash or Nagad are typically completed within 1 to 4 hours. Withdrawals via Visa, Mastercard, or bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing timelines of the respective institution.
crikeax reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. crikeax does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts.
crikeax reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of this Agreement, or an ongoing investigation into the account. Players will be notified of any such delay and provided with a reasonable explanation where permitted by applicable law and internal compliance obligations.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
crikeax operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. All accounts and transactions are subject to monitoring for unusual or suspicious activity. crikeax may be required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without notifying the account holder. Attempting to use the crikeax platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime is a serious breach of this Agreement and may result in account closure and referral to law enforcement authorities.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
crikeax offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on a player's first deposit, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the conditions set out in this section and any additional specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds credited to a crikeax account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying game types are displayed in the bonus terms section of your account dashboard at the time each bonus is credited. Failure to fulfil wagering requirements within the specified expiry period will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being removed from your account.
5.2 Bonus Eligibility
Each player is entitled to claim the crikeax welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times — including via duplicate accounts, using a new email address, or any other method — constitutes a breach of this Agreement and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account closure. crikeax reserves the right to exclude any player from promotional offers at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse.
5.3 Game Contribution
Not all games on the crikeax platform contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. As a general guide, slot games typically contribute 100% of wagers towards wagering requirements, while table games, live dealer games, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all. The exact contribution rates for each game category are detailed in the bonus terms displayed in your account dashboard.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions
crikeax reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without advance notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to an account in good standing, subject to the applicable wagering requirements and expiry terms in force at the time of crediting.
Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
The crikeax sportsbook and casino operate under a set of rules designed to ensure fair, consistent, and transparent outcomes for all players. By placing any bet or participating in any game on the crikeax platform, you agree to be bound by the applicable game and betting rules in force at the time of your wager.
6.1 Sports Betting
All sports bets placed on crikeax are governed by the specific market rules displayed in the sportsbook interface at the time the bet is placed. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of any sports market, the decision of the crikeax trading team shall be final. crikeax reserves the right to void, postpone, or suspend any sports betting market where there is evidence of match fixing, irregular betting patterns, or where the integrity of the underlying sporting event is in question.
Live in-play bets placed after the conclusion of the event or market in question — due to communication delays or technical issues — may be voided at the discretion of the crikeax trading team. Bets placed on obviously incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error may be voided and settled at the correct odds.
6.2 Casino Games
All casino game outcomes on crikeax are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game providers — including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. crikeax does not alter or influence game outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are set by the respective providers and are available in the individual game information panels.
In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game round in progress, the round will be completed on the next connection using the last valid game state. Where this is not possible, the wager for the interrupted round will be returned to your account balance. crikeax does not accept liability for losses resulting from internet connectivity failures on the player's side.
6.3 Maximum Winnings
crikeax applies maximum winnings limits on a per-game, per-session, and per-day basis. These limits are displayed in the relevant game information or sportsbook terms. Any winnings in excess of the applicable maximum payout limit may be adjusted to the stated maximum at crikeax's discretion.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the crikeax platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any account balance, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable.
- Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity documents; impersonating another person; or engaging in any other form of financial fraud.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting patterns in live casino games.
- Bonus abuse: Exploiting any bonus, promotion, free spin, or cashback offer in a manner that violates the spirit of the offer, including through arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer in relation to a legitimate crikeax transaction. Any account associated with a chargeback may be suspended pending investigation and the disputed amount may be deducted from any outstanding balance.
- Automated access: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any other non-human means to access, interact with, or extract data from the crikeax platform.
- Circumventing security: Attempting to bypass, undermine, or circumvent any security feature, access control, or technical restriction on the crikeax platform.
- Money laundering: Using the crikeax platform to conceal, convert, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity.
- Abusive behaviour: Using threatening, offensive, or abusive language towards crikeax staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.
crikeax employs a combination of automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. The absence of prior detection or enforcement action does not constitute waiver of crikeax's rights under this Agreement.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
crikeax reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without advance notice in the following circumstances:
- A breach of any provision of this Agreement
- Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity
- Failure to complete KYC identity verification within a reasonable period of a request being made
- Receipt of a valid self-exclusion or responsible gaming closure request from the account holder
- Identification of the account holder as a minor
- A valid legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction or closure
- Extended account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant, and a monthly administration fee may be applied to the remaining balance after written notice has been provided to the registered email address
8.1 Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your crikeax account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Before closing your account, you are encouraged to withdraw any remaining BDT balance to your registered bKash or Nagad number. crikeax will process account closure requests promptly once any pending wagering requirements or compliance checks have been completed.
8.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 24 hours to indefinite closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately for the more protective options and prevent access to all real-money gaming services. During any self-exclusion period, crikeax will not send promotional communications to the excluded account. 8.3 Effect of Closure
Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method following completion of applicable compliance checks. crikeax reserves the right to withhold funds from closed accounts where there is an ongoing investigation into potential prohibited conduct, pending the outcome of that investigation.
This Agreement, including all representations made by you during registration, survives the closure of your account to the extent necessary for crikeax to enforce its rights and obligations under applicable law.
